Greetings, 

I am Inna - a wife, mom, realtor, and enthusiastic cruiser.  Originally, I am from Ukraine, bouncing around the globe with my family since 2013.

The journey began when my husband got a job offer and we moved to sunny Cyprus. We lived there for a bit more than a year, rented an apartment in Limassol, and truly enjoyed the island life with its delicious cuisine, picture-perfect nature from amazing beaches to serene mountains.

It was our combo of professional development and vacation. However, new opportunities called us back to Ukraine, where our beautiful daughter was born. 

In about a year,  my family of 3 is moving again, this time to Alicante, Spain. We began another chapter by the Mediterranean Sea, again rented an apartment not far from the beach, made new friends, my daughter went to a collegio (a school), and I took a challenge to learn Spanish myself, pero me parece que estoy olvidando todo lo que aprendí sin práctica suficiente!

 After 3 amazing years in Spain, my husband got a job offer in the US, and YES, we are moving again. 3 of us, 3 suitcases, 3 backpacks, and 14 hours flight brought us to Los Angeles. And again we are beginning from scratch in a new country: looking for rent, a great school for our daughter, nice neighborhoods, making new friends and connections.  Due to the type of my visa, I didn’t have a work permit for the first 3 years in the US, and while being close to Hollywood I tried myself in modeling and was a runway model for a bit. Then I started a business, I cooperated with bridal boutiques and was selling handcrafted European wedding dresses. But guess what? Covid hit, and all of the weddings were put on hold. 

It was time for another change. 

We were debating: Texas or Florida? After visiting both states, Florida won our hearts. We packed the car to its maximum and started to drive one way!

Our Great American road trip took 5 days, from the West Coast to the East Coast, from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic, and we made it to Saint Johns County which became our new home, with its salty vibes, safe neighborhoods, and top-rated schools! From rentals, we finally got into our own house! What a blessing after 10 years of rent!  While doing home projects (laying tiles, and painting walls) I delved into the world of investment properties in Florida, eventually obtaining my real estate license to build a portfolio. What began as a personal venture soon evolved into a full-time job.

Now, I'm dedicated to assisting buyers in finding their dream homes, helping sellers secure the best price and terms, collaborating with investors, investing in real estate myself,  and providing professional tenant placement services. Real estate isn't just a job for me - it's my passion.
